Born nearby Venice, Tiziano earned a degree in architecture from Ca’ Foscari University under the supervision of Aldo Rossi. On the very same day that he graduated, he moved to Milan to pursue his goal of designing the hubs of the city buzz.
He started working for Ettore Sottsass, one of the leading names in design and architecture in the second half of the 20th century, whose “indomitable creativity” (in the words of Fernanda Pivano) would have a lasting impact on him. From Sottsass, Tiziano learned to give concrete form to the most avant-garde visions and forge ties between seemingly disparate worlds. For five years, he oversaw residential and retail projects in Europe and the United States.
He subsequently finished learning his trade with Aldo Cibic (a former partner at Sottsass Associati) as the head of design for fashion shops and housing. At 36, he found his own firm. In 1999 he met Claudio Saverino: Vudafieri - Saverino Partners was born.
