PARADISO CANNES AND ABU DHABI
Two restaurants for the chefs Pierre Gagnaire and Nicole Rubi
The concept developed for Paradiso recalls the elegant and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere with Côte d'Azur spirit and its special connection with cinema, thanks also to the special position of the restaurant in Cannes, in the Hotel Majestic, right in front of the stairs of the Film Festival.
Different elements come from the Mediterranean atmosphere as the green of olive, caper and sage leaves, the yellow and orange of citrus fruits and the beige of the stone blend with ceramic tiles, rattan, Sicilian stone, brass, velvet and silk.
On the wall, a wallpaper reproducing a map of the Mediterranean and iconic films that have been shot there reminds of the deep connection between Le Majestic and cinema.
For the lights the orange chandeliers, made of recycled plastic, have been designed and manufactured exclusively for the restaurants.
