Zazà Ramen
Our project for Zazà Ramen reflects the soul of the restaurant, blending Japanese aesthetics with essential design and natural materials. Upon entering, a convivial table and a luminous "cloud" welcome guests, while contemporary artworks add a cultural touch. The open kitchen and counter allow patrons to observe the chefs at work, creating an informal and shared atmosphere.
On the lower floor, the open kitchen takes center stage, with the pasta machine in the foreground. Raw wood tables and natural stone shelves emphasize authenticity. The lighting, with Japanese references such as backlit fabrics and Tsukiji "grids," creates a warm ambiance. An iron bookcase with hydroponic plants and Maneki neko add unique details. Soft colors and ceramic bowls identify the different types of Ramen, while the reproductions in the window intrigue passersby.
