Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze is a 4* superior hotel opened in Porta Nuova - Garibaldi district, one of the most innovative areas of Milan.

Our interior and landscape architecture project aims to overcome the traditional concept of "hotel" by creating a space that is at the same time an urban hotel, a food & beverage destination, a meeting place for work, a hub of innovative services.
We have defined a place where visual identity, interior design, tone of voice, services, reception and entertainment spaces speak the same language and help to tell a story of quality and uniqueness.

The building has 173 rooms spread over 12 floors to which is added the 530 square metre rooftop on the 13th floor and 4 Penthouse Suites: 4 exclusive super attic apartments with large panoramic terraces and jacuzzi pools. Rooftop and Penthouse Suites can be completely customised to suit different needs and can be modulated according to use. They can even be turned into a totally personalised single apartment measuring over 900 square metres. A location with unparalleled 360° views of Milan’s skyline and the Alps.

The design is a contemporary tribute to the tradition of Milanese design - visible in numerous details, such as the choice of the elegant Lombard stock and polychrome marbles -, a hymn to the distinct modernity of the works of the great post-war Milanese masters. The project also celebrates the Milanese understatement, like the tradition of hidden gardens that we find in the magnificent private garden of the hotel.
